The successful certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 has underscored our commitment to the highest standards in quality and service for many years.
We are committed at all times to provide the highest level of quality to our customers, service providers and partners. With regard to our products, the development and production of our process plants, we provide you with first-class quality assurance. Therefore, we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
Our management policy is based on the following basic principles:
- The customer comes first. We must always meet the needs of our customers by providing them with high-quality services as well as permanent and individual attention.
- Quality forms the basis of all of our activities. Every employee contributes with his work to meet this requirement.
- We expect our suppliers to share our commitment to quality and take their own measures to meet these requirements.
- Through a minimization of expenses and interfaces, our operational processes are designed so efficiently that all employees can process them successfully.
- We conduct all of our business activities in such a way that the environment and health of our employees are protected and that natural resources are preserved on a sustainable basis.
- We strive to continuously improve all company activities.
In order to maintain our high quality standards, we are audited externally every year by the SGS GmbH. In addition to this external audit, an external engineering firm supports us in multiple internal audits during a year.
Our certification, as part of quality management, is valid for the following product and service groups:
- Development, production and sales of process measuring and control technologies, sensors as well as specialty chemicals for water purification and wastewater treatment
- sales, design, assembly, commissioning and maintenance of water purification and wastewater treatment plants and exhaust air plants
In order to ensure the precise fulfillment of the requirements of the German Water Resources Act (WHG) which regulates the specialist provision, we are subject to constant monitoring by TÜV Rheinland.
